The site provides information about UMFO’s family-office practice and the format of engagement. The site does not constitute an offer to contract and is not investment advice. Work with a specific family begins only after an introductory conversation and a separate written agreement.

Text, logos, photographs, graphics, fonts, and site structure are protected by copyright. Copying, reproduction, or commercial use of materials without UMFO’s written permission is prohibited.
Citation with attribution, and brief quotation for informational or educational purposes, is permitted.
4. External links
The site may contain links to third-party resources. UMFO does not control and is not responsible for the content or policies of such sites.

Materials on the site are provided without warranties of any kind. UMFO makes reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and current but does not guarantee completeness or absence of errors. Any decisions you make based on information from the site are at your own risk.
UMFO is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the site, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. This limitation does not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of UMFO, nor to life and health of natural persons.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. For users who are consumers under EU law or the law of their place of residence, these terms do not limit the mandatory rules of consumer protection and personal data protection law. In that case, you have the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation are submitted to the courts at the place of registration of [LEGAL ENTITY], subject to the paragraph above.
