Cookie Policy
How we use cookies. Version 2.0. Effective from 20 October 2026.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. They help the site remember your settings and collect de-identified statistics.
What cookies UMFO uses
| Name | Category | Provider | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| umfo_consent | Technical | UMFO (*.umfo.eu sites) | Remembers your analytics choice | 6 months |
| pll_language | Technical | UMFO / site (Polylang) | Remembers the selected site language | 12 months |
| _ga | Analytics | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes visitors in de-identified statistics. Only with your consent | 2 years |
| _ga_GSDHXMXR6N | Analytics | Google Analytics 4 | Keeps session state for statistics. Only with your consent | 2 years |
| — | Marketing | — | Not used by UMFO | — |
The list was checked on 9 October 2026. It covers umfo.eu, academy.umfo.eu and reestr.umfo.eu. The registry’s own cookies (sign-in, language, form protection) are listed at reestr.umfo.eu/cookies.php.
Third-party services
Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) receives data only after your consent: the page address, device and browser type, and approximate region. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Advertising features and data sharing for ad personalisation are switched off. The Manrope font is hosted on the UMFO server, so loading pages does not send visitor data to font services. Links to LinkedIn profiles lead to the LinkedIn website, which applies its own cookie rules.
Your consent and settings
On your first visit you will see a banner. Analytics is switched on only after you click “Accept”; “Decline” keeps the site without analytics. Your choice applies to all UMFO websites (umfo.eu, academy.umfo.eu, reestr.umfo.eu). You can change it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; after you decline, Google Analytics cookies are deleted. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
Most browsers let you block cookies entirely or delete those already stored. See the documentation of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge.
