The UMFO AI assistant
The capital frame — in your Claude or ChatGPT.
An assistant for careful thinking about family, capital, business, the generational transition, and legacy. You load it into your own account and work with the UMFO frame at your own pace, without passing any data to us.

Five modes of conversation
The assistant adapts to what you need right now.
Reflection
You think aloud; it listens, reflects back, and asks questions that help you think deeper.
Diagnostic
You have a specific problem; structured questions surface the root tension.
Design
The task is clear; together you assemble options with their trade-offs.
Roadmapping
The chosen direction becomes a sequence of steps at a realistic pace.
Evidence
Answers draw on the loaded library, citing the specific source file.
Five-minute setup
Create a Project
In Claude or ChatGPT, create a new project, for example “UMFO — Family Office”.
Paste the instructions
Copy the contents of the package’s main file into Custom Instructions (Claude) or Project Instructions (ChatGPT).
Add the knowledge
Upload the remaining package files to Project Knowledge. Detailed instructions are inside the archive.
Start the conversation
Every new chat in the project starts with the system already in place. English, Ukrainian, or Russian — your choice.
Honest limits
It is a thinking partner, not a decision adviser. It helps you understand the situation, see the main tension, and find the next reasonable step.
Legal, tax, and specific investment questions are explicitly marked as territory for a live specialist; the assistant does not manufacture pseudo-legal certainty.
Your data stays in your account. You work in your own Claude or ChatGPT; we do not see your conversations. Data handling depends on the platform’s policy.
Prefer to walk this path with a partner?
The assistant is a way to begin on your own. When you are ready to work with the UMFO team, the first step is the same: an introductory conversation.
